Kearah's Story The late Kearah Bryant was born July 12, 1988 to Lovelace Bryant and Yolanda Corbett. The sister of Jameel Bryant and Carrie Ann Bryant. The granddaughter of Barbara Ann Turner and Clifton Pitchford, Carrie Macey, Shane Macey, and Robert Bryant his wife Yvonne Bryant. The great granddaughter of Addie Jones, the late Geneva Pitchford, the late Pauline Bryant, the late Lucille Manson who loved and cared for her until death. Kearah Bryant was diagnosed at the age of 5 with cancer as a result of a brain tumor called "Pineoblastoma" which eventually drained and paralyzed her entire body. Even through all medical challenges Kearah experienced, the cancer diagnosis never took her joy away. Kearah battled with cancer for three years and at the age of 7 she went home to be with her heavenly Father. Kearah's brother wanted to make sure that his sister was never forgotten and that her legacy would continue through Kearah's Place. Our family believes that she was an angel sent into our lives to experience what a grape soda tasted like. |
