At Kearah's Place, our approach is based on a three-part strategy to help men and women overcome barriers, build resiliency, and maintain long-term stability.

• We address significant barriers for the men and women we serve in relation to their basic needs, physical health, trauma, mental health, communication, resources, and legal issues.
   
• We help men and women build resiliency through financial health by offering them the opportunity to gain living wage employment, benefits, job training, financial literacy, and affordable permanent housing.
   
• Lastly, we help men and women gain and sustain long-term stability by helping them repair past relationships with friends and family, and we assist in build their support networks.
  
  We help them gain life balance and self-sufficiency through the services we provide.
